DHA has divided DHA Phase 6 Lahore into thirteen (13) blocks namely A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M & N. Plot sizes available are 5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal with 1 Kanal being the most common size existing. Five blocks touch the MB, block A, B, H, J and L. The whereabouts make these blocks best suited for investments. Commercial sectors include Block A Commercial, CCA-1 (Block-C), CCA-2 (Block-D), on Main Boulevard and its back. Commercial plots in these areas are available in 4-marla and 8-marla cutting. 2-marla Sector shops are also available in each block. There are very few 6-Kanal commercial options on the main Bedian road in E-block.
It offers a great investment opportunity, including residential plots and commercial plots. Residential plot sizes available in DHA Phase 6 Lahore are 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal. It also offers some ideal investment options in commercial property i.e 4 Marla and 8 Marla commercial plots on the MB in phase 6 and CCA 1 & CCA 2. However, it is the most prescribed area to buy a new house. Because the home prices in phase 6 are less than in phase 5.
There are basically 4 categories of residential plots in DHA Phase 6 Lahore
It is available in almost all blocks i.e block B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L. However, there are no 2 Kanal plots in blocks A, M and L. Blocks E and D have only 2 Kanal cutting plots. The 2 Kanal Plot price in phase 6 ranges start from 500 Lacs to 800 Lacs.
However, 1 Kanal plots of A block, B block, C block, H block and K block are considered premium plots. The 1 Kanal Plot price in phase 6 ranges start from 250 Lacs to 370 Lacs.
10 Marla plots are only in A, C, D & L blocks, but most blocks have a very limited number of plots left. The 10 Marla plot of the A block is the most expensive ranges start from 150 Lacs to 250 Lacs.

A block of Commercial plots just next to DHA Main Office In Phase 6. These plots are located on both sides of Avenue 4, but possession is only available on the side next to the DHA office.
There are two CCA in Phase 6, CCA 1 in C block and CCA 2 in D block. Both contain 4 Marla and 8 Marla Commercial Plots. Possession only available in CCA 1, and commercial activities are already blooming. CCA 1 is located in the middle of DHA phase 6 and is very promising for rental income. CCA 2 is still under development and is located in D block at the junction of Bedian Road.
